Well, Shanda Games has only acquired the rights for the game in China, so don't bring your hopes too high up for the moment. And yes, Dragonball Online finally has its 4th service area, China. More recently, Shanda Games started its own English venture in the MMO industry, I wonder if there will be an English one soon... Anyway, the Chinese service is slated to start later this year.
