If you play Aion on one of NCSoft’s European servers, mark your calendar. Come February 2012, Aion will join the free-to-play field. Joining forces with Gameforge, a German-based publisher, NCSoft will open up the fields of Atreia, which, by their own admission, has been pretty anemic of late when it comes to players:
