To raise your reputation with the City of Silvermoon, the Blood Elves’ home in the Far North of the Eastern Kingdoms, you’ll need to go through similar quests as other factions. Initially, you’ll find the city is either neutral or friendly to you as a horde character, though if you are Undead, you start a little higher than others: Visit Best Alliance Leveling Guide AND a Horde Leveling Guide Horde Characters Begin Neutral
