I have a theory that either our various caps for justice and valor points are too low, or the amount we get per activity is too high. I'll relate my thinking. I have several level 85 characters I'm running through the Dungeon Finder and Raid Finder tools. Just a quick update on a supposed new feature which was added recently into ArcheAge Closed Beta 4. As reported on Korean gaming website, GameMeca, a new tracking system for thieves was implemented. You see, while players have their own houses, farm animals and plants from where they can obtain lumber, fruits and more, other players may steal these items when the owner is not around. This caused a huge problem leading to complains in the game forums.

Just a short newsflash: EA Bioware changed their mind again on the grace period. So now there is a 48-hour grace period for people who pre-ordered but for some reason can't get hold of their actual game code on the 20th or before. That is primarily an issue for those who ordered a physical copy of the game by mail. Here in Belgium the game has been for sale already since Monday. Last month, MapleStory Korea's database was hacked (link), with much information leaked out. Nexon Korea has now announced a revamp of the security and account system, with the company no longer keeping records of each player's Korean Social Security Number (KSSN). SWTOR system requirements
If you haven't bought a game yet, and you wonder whether it will run on your computer, that isn't all that easy to find out. SWTOR space combat
My character in Star Wars: The Old Republic is now level 20, and is flying around in his own spaceship. The first function of this is to get from one zone to another, which each zone being a "planet". The big advantage of having planets as zones and spaceships as transport is that all zones are equidistant from all other zones. Day 2 of the Star Wars: The Old Republic progressed smoothly, with my trooper reaching level 11, leaving the starting planet, and becoming a commando (healer with big guns). Our guild formed too, although that turned up the first noticeable bug in SWTOR: The guild window is somewhat erratic and doesn't always show all guild members. Common may not be quite so common anymore. While working on an article about a legendary quest chain, I recalled the days of class quests -- specifically, the days of Molten Core and The Eye of Divinity, along with the Ancient Petrified Leaf that started the class quests for epic weapons. With Nexon officially now up on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the company's value has now sky-rocketed, now occupying the top seat as Korea's biggest gaming company. But that is not all. On a global scale in terms of company value, Nexon is now only behind companies such as Nintendo, Activision Blizzard and Electronic Arts. Finally, I found the spot to try out this gliding feature. Similar to scaling mountains, gliding is used mostly for exploration now, before becoming an important source of... transport during castle siege in the near future. Imaging a battalion of those swooping down from the skies... Directions can be controlled, but it will require patience. We are not on land anyway!

Guild Wars 2 - 8th class announced
(Game website) It seems that ArenaNet has finally announced the 8th class, although no official content is seen at the site now. The Mass Regeneration effect from the druid tier 13 bonus now heals 25% of the healing received by the druid from Frenzied Regeneration, down from 50%. The tooltip will be updated in a later patch.
Damage done by Forgotten Ones, Void Bolt AOE, and Searing Blood has been reduced on 25-person, Heroic difficulty.
Yor'sahj's health has been reduced by 10% on 25-person, Heroic diff

Cheating in World of Tanks
Among recent spam comments I deleted were several links that promised cheat programs for World of Tanks, like revealing all enemy tanks or aimbots. I always knew I was going to get SW:TOR, right from the moment it was announced, but it wasn’t until the subject was being discussed in the the comments of my last post that I started to ask myself exactly what I was expecting from it. To have fun, for sure, but what else? To be honest, I’d never given it much thought.
My decision to pre-order SW:TOR was a no-brainer really. It’s a MMO, it’s Star Wars, it’s BioWare. Duh.
