Patch 4.1 PTR notes updated for March 30
The PTR 4.1 patch notes have been updated for March 30. Of particular note is the new Battle.net account-bound classification for heirloom items, allowing players to transfer their heirlooms around from account to account that are part of the same Battle.net ID.
