If you have played both which you prefer?
I have more fun on a private server as I
+ level quicker and less mindless grinding. More pvping fun
+ Its FREE OF COST, which makes me less addicted than retail since I don't have to worry about getting moneys worth
- downside is less stable server, fewer people in a realm (and more foreign speaking people), slower updates and possible bugs.
