World First Legendary Staff

Yep it has been done. Siiz from Premonition was the first player in the world to acquire Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest! It was a US guild and an surprisingly an Alliance player as well. I cannot remember a US and the Alliance was the first in the world to do something.
