En Masse replies, does not earn my brownie point

[More info] After a couple of days of court sessions and a verdict in Korea laid on a few ex-NCsoft employees, Bluehole Studio's North American subsidiary, En Masse Entertainment, finally stepped out and address the growing concerns for TERA's English launch. While facts were echoed, in which developer Bluehole Studio was found not guilty, I still believe that assets from the planned Lineage III were altered and used.
