Blizzard is looking for a few guild to volunteer to help identify new players, and offer them a chance to come into the volunteering guild and learn the ways of Azeroth from that guilds players.
The new system is intended to help decrease the learning curve in World of Warcraft, and ease access into the game for new players by helping them integrate into a community that can help answer their questions.
